There are many more helpful hints than you probably think. Some are more accessible than others, but they are still helpful. To get the most out of them, try to ask your doctor questions and take a ‘wearing off’ diary with you. If your vision is not as good as it once was, you can use a magnifying glass, a talking book, or a large print copy. There are sections for driving and travel that will provide more detailed information about your condition. To remember when you are taking your medication, set a timer, and if necessary, read the instructions on the side of the pill.
